Significant Engagements

Brazil
Global TeleVentures, Inc. was engaged as Program Manager for a local exchange and long distance carrier headquartered in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The firm's consultant developed the business plan and oversaw all pre-launch activities.

Panama
Global TeleVentures, Inc. created business plans for local exchange services over a cable TV infrastructure and to provide long distance telephony services. Then negotiated the interconnect agreements and supervised all aspects of preparation for service launch.

Peru
Developed the business case and project plan to offer long distance services from the three largest cities and negotiated termination agreements for traffic to Peru. Also provided recommendations for an equitable regulatory environment to the Ministry of Communications and Regulatory agency.

Carrier's Carrier
Over 12 months, provided interim management services to a US based global network provider that improved its net margin from -13% to +26% and tripled network utilization.

Local Exchange Carrier
